Circulation Marketing - InCirculation
Circulation marketing incorporates a range of activities designed to achieve one or more of three objectives: to grow circulation size, to improve the retention of existing circulation and, thirdly, to refine the composition of the circulation.
The skills needed to successfully achieve these objectives include trade marketing, direct marketing and online marketing, and the precise mix of these will depend on the type of publication and its route(s) to market.
Circulation professionals wear one of two hats: circulation marketing or circulation management. (Some versatile individuals wear both.) Both disciplines are given equal prominence in the pages of InCirculation magazine and on our website.
InCirculation magazine is available free in the UK, and on subscription elsewhere. Please visit our registration page for more details. In addition to the bimonthly magazine, our site is home to an expanding range of services, including an issue archive, an extensive publishing services directory, an events diary and a recruitment section.
“InCirculation is just about the only trade mag I read that contains genuinely useful articles.”
